What is the process of selling with Top Car Auctions?

Complete the entry form.
One of our experts will be in contact to discuss your car and provide a guide valuation.
If you are happy with the guide you can set a reserve price and complete your listing (this will require you to upload photos)
Your car is entered into our one day auction, thousands of pre-approved buyers compete to get you the best price.
If the highest bid exceeds your reserve price the vehicle is sold.
– If the highest offer is below your reserve price we will present this to you for review, all bids are legally binding and you shall have the option to accept or reject the highest bid. If the bid is rejected, the Buyer will have the option to increase their offer to a figure you are comfortable with.
Once the sale price has been agreed the Buyer will pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the car.
The system will then unlock contact details and confirm sale price. The Buyer will contact you to arrange payment and collection. Collection is the responsibility of the Buyer.

How much does it cost to sell with Sell My Porsche?

It’s free to list your car with Top Car Auxtions – all successful sales are subject to a seller fee which is calculated at 2%+vat of the sale price (Min £240). The seller fee is only payable if the car sells.

What happens after my car has sold?

Once the sale is agreed the buyer will pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the vehicle. The buyer will contact you directly to arrange payment and collection (full payment will be with you before the vehicle is taken)

How do I receive payment?

Payment is made via bank transfer – full payment will be clear before the vehicle is taken.

What happens if my car does not reach the reserve price?

If the highest bid is below your reserve price we will present this to you for review, all bids are legally binding and you shall have the option to accept or reject the bid. If the offer is rejected, the Buyer will have the option to increase their offer to a figure you are comfortable with.
